Bio:
Mark Wood
launched Fine Artists Factory, a drawing & painting
studio, in 2004, to support fellow fine artists, and to
individually pursue his own professional painting. A graduate
of Art Center College of Design, Mark directed Mark Wood
Design Office for over 20 years, producing marketing communication
materials for businesses throughout California.
Mark began to pursue the study of watercolor painting
in 2000, and has since studied extensively, attending
classes and workshops. In 2002, both the San Diego Watercolor
Society International Exhibition and the Watercolor West
XXXIV Exhibition accepted Mark's paintings in their annual
shows. He is a member of the Mid-Valley Arts League in
Temple City.
A native Californian, Mark has lived in Napa and Thousand
Oaks. He completed high school and Junior College in Michigan.
For the past 25 years has resided in the San Gabriel Valley
with his wife and two daughters.
